Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on SMMGO.io are final.

By depositing funds or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and confirm that you understand the nature of digital promotional services

Funds added to your account wallet are intended for purchasing services on the platform.

2. Wallet Balance

Deposits made to your SMMGO account are stored as account credit.

Wallet balances are generally non-withdrawable and non-refundable, except in rare situations at the sole discretion of SMMGO.

3. Order Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • A service fails to start due to a technical issue.
  • A service becomes permanently unavailable after purchase.
  • An order cannot be delivered due to a system error.

If an order is only partially completed, the undelivered portion will automatically be credited back to your SMMGO wallet balance.

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect usernames or links submitted by the user
  • Orders placed on private accounts
  • Username changes after placing an order
  • Orders placed on restricted or banned accounts
  • Platform metric reductions or drops
  • Algorithm changes by social media platforms
  • Delivery delays caused by external factors
  • Multiple services ordered for the same link simultaneously
  • User misunderstanding of service descriptions

Users are responsible for reviewing service details before placing an order.

5. Refill Services

Some services include a refill guarantee period.

If followers, likes, or views drop during the refill period, the system may refill them automatically according to the service description.

Refunds are not provided for services that include active refill guarantees.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

In such cases, SMMGO reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend the account
  • Permanently ban the user
  • Reverse delivered services where possible
  • Submit dispute evidence to the payment processor

7. Fraud Prevention

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity including but not limited to:

  • Stolen credit cards
  • Unauthorized payments
  • Identity fraud
  • Payment abuse

will be permanently terminated without refund.

8. Policy Enforcement

SMMGO reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Refund Policy at its sole discretion.

Abuse of the refund system or attempts to manipulate services may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
